Ductile Iron Flange Telescopic Y-Type Filter

The Y-type telescopic filter is a combination of a Y-type filter and a telescopic joint, representing an extension of the Y-type filter. It is primarily used in water supply and drainage piping in high-rise buildings, multi-story buildings, or factories. It is typically installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, level control valves, or other major equipment to facilitate the removal of debris and ensure the normal operation of valves or equipment. The Y-type telescopic filter is installed upstream of each valve in the inlet pipeline. When the medium in the pipeline first enters the filter, it passes through the filter screen into the connected valves, while impurities remain in the filter housing. This prevents valves from malfunctioning due to mechanical debris getting stuck in the seals. An additional stainless steel telescopic rod is added to compensate for pipe dimensions, allowing for flexible installation.

This filter features advanced structure, low resistance, and convenient sewage discharge. It is suitable for water, oil, and gas. Standard mesh sizes are 18-30 mesh for water, 40-100 mesh for air, and 100-480 mesh for oil. Custom mesh sizes are available upon request.
