GXMH41W-1625P Stainless Steel Lift Check Valve

Lift check valves are essential control valves in pipeline control and regulation systems. They are used to control the unidirectional flow of fluid within a pipeline, with the core function of preventing backflow of the medium. The structure of a lift check valve is similar to that of a gate valve; its valve disc (valve core) moves vertically up and down along the channel. It is reliable in operation, but has relatively high fluid resistance and is often used in small-diameter applications. Lift check valves are available in both straight-through and vertical types. Straight-through lift check valves are generally only installed in horizontal pipelines, while vertical lift check valves are typically installed in vertical pipelines.

Precautions:

1. Do not allow the check valve to bear weight in the pipeline. Large check valves should be independently supported to prevent them from being affected by the pressure generated by the piping system.

2. During installation, ensure that the direction of medium flow is consistent with the arrow direction marked on the valve body.

3. Vertical disc check valves with lift valves should be installed on vertical pipelines.

4. Horizontal disc check valves with lift valves should be installed on horizontal pipelines.
