Blue Basket Filter

Basket filters mainly consist of connecting pipes, main pipes, filter baskets, flanges, flange covers, and fasteners. When liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurities are trapped inside, while clean fluid passes through the filter basket and exits through the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, simply unscrew the plug at the bottom of the main pipe to drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean, and reinstall it. Therefore, use and maintenance are extremely convenient.

Basket filters are used in oil or other liquid pipelines to filter out impurities. The filter pore area is 2-3 times larger than the pipe diameter area, resulting in a large filtration area and high efficiency. The filtration accuracy is typically 4-40 mesh, with selectable accuracy. Higher filtration accuracy means smaller mesh size.

Feature

Basket filters are small devices used to remove small amounts of solid particles from liquids. When fluid enters the filter cartridge with a mesh screen, impurities are blocked, while clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, clean it, and reinstall it. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain. It is currently widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection. When installed in series at the pump inlet or other parts of the system pipeline, it can extend the service life of the pump and other equipment, while also ensuring the safety of the entire system.

Working Principle

During pipeline installation, other debris may be introduced into the pipeline, and the raw materials used in production may also contain impurities. When the liquid in the pipeline passes through the filter, the impurities are collected in the filter screen. When a certain level of impurities is reached, the cover can be opened to clean the filter screen.
