KPF-16 Flow Balancing Valve

The KPF-16 flow balancing valve is a special type of valve with excellent flow characteristics. It can rationally distribute flow and achieve quantitative flow, effectively solving the problem of uneven room temperature in heating (air conditioning) systems. Because this valve is equipped with an opening degree indicator, an opening degree locking device, and a pressure measuring valve for flow measurement, by simply installing appropriate balancing valves on each branch and at the user inlet, and performing a one-time adjustment and locking with a dedicated intelligent instrument, the total water volume of the system can be controlled within a reasonable range, thus overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow rate, small temperature difference". This balancing valve is an ideal product for heating systems, with a maximum medium temperature of 100℃.

Precautions For Installation And Use Of Balance Valve

Installation location of the balancing valve: The balancing valve can be installed on either the supply or return water pipe. Generally, we recommend installing it on the return water pipe, especially for high-temperature loops, to facilitate debugging. Once the balancing valve is installed, there is no need to install a shut-off valve on the supply (return) water pipe.
