Water Threaded Solenoid Valve

A copper wire solenoid valve for water is an electromagnetically controlled industrial device, a fundamental component of automation used to control fluids. It belongs to the actuator category and is not limited to hydraulic or pneumatic systems. It is used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow rate, speed, and other parameters of the medium. Solenoid valves can be used with different circuits to achieve the desired control, ensuring both precision and flexibility. There are many types of solenoid valves, each playing a different role in the control system. The most common are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, and speed regulating valves.

A 2W brass solenoid valve has a sealed chamber with through-holes at different positions, each connecting to a different oil pipe. In the center of the chamber is a piston, and on either side are two electromagnets. When the coil of one electromagnet is energized, the valve body is attracted to that side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different drain holes are opened or closed. The inlet hole is always open, allowing hydraulic oil to enter different drain pipes. The oil pressure then pushes the piston in the cylinder, which in turn moves the piston rod, which in turn drives the mechanical device. Thus, controlling the flow of current to the electromagnets controls the mechanical movement.

The 2W solenoid valve adopts a two-port (through) two-position direct-acting diaphragm structure for pressureless start-up, greatly expanding its application range. The flat diaphragm structure ensures reliable opening and closing and significantly extends the product's service life. The use of a sealed coil enhances safe operation in various environments. Applicable media: liquids, water, hot water, gas, oil, and methane, etc. Please note the following details:

1. For use in food processing machinery and drinking water applications, please specify the sealing material as food-grade silicone rubber (PYMQ) when ordering.

2. For valves with a manual operation device, the valve can be manually operated in case of power failure or emergency.

3. Flange connections are required; please specify when ordering.
