Threaded Soft-Seal Gate Valve

The Z15X threaded soft-seal gate valve is a high-tech product that utilizes the deformation compensation effect of the integral rubber coating on the gate to achieve excellent sealing performance. This overcomes the problems of poor sealing, leakage, and rust found in ordinary gate valves. The bottom features a flat-bottomed valve seat design similar to that of water pipes, preventing debris accumulation, resulting in a low flow resistance coefficient and smooth flow. The valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin both inside and out to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used not only for domestic water supply but also in sewage treatment systems. It is widely used as a regulating and throttling device in fluid pipelines in industries such as tap water, sewage, construction, petrochemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, textiles, power, shipbuilding, and metallurgy.

Structural Features

1. Flat-bottomed valve seat: Traditional gate valves often leak after flushing with water due to the accumulation of debris such as stones, wood chips, cement, paper scraps, and other impurities in the valve bottom groove, preventing a tight seal and causing leakage. The soft-seal gate valve features a flat-bottom design similar to the water pipe, preventing debris accumulation and ensuring unobstructed fluid flow.

2. Integral rubber coating: The valve is integrally coated with high-quality rubber both internally and externally. Domestically leading rubber vulcanization technology ensures precise geometric dimensions after vulcanization, and the rubber adheres firmly to the ductile iron valve, preventing detachment and providing excellent elastic memory.

3. Corrosion resistance: The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, preventing corrosion and rust. It can be used in sewage systems. It is also less prone to breakage. Traditional cast iron gate valves often break due to impacts, collisions, or overlapping. With the body made of ductile iron, this problem is significantly reduced.

4. Triple O-ring Seal: The valve stem utilizes a triple O-ring seal design. This reduces frictional resistance during opening and closing, significantly minimizing leakage and allowing for seal replacement without interrupting water supply.

5. Suitable for Drinking Water: The valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, and both the inner and outer surfaces of the gate valve are completely covered with rubber, preventing rust and corrosion, making it suitable for drinking water.

6. Precision Cast Valve Body: The valve body is precision cast, and its precise dimensions ensure a tight seal without any machining on the inner surface.

7. Lightweight: The body is made of ductile iron casting, reducing weight by approximately 20% to 30% compared to traditional gate valves, facilitating maintenance.
