Stainless Steel Manual Regulating Valve

The T40W-16P stainless steel manual regulating valve and self-locking manual regulating valve are mainly used in urban centralized heating, district heating, circulating water projects, thermal power plant pipelines and refrigeration and air conditioning projects. They have the functions of shutting off, throttling and regulating flow, and can replace orifice plates. They are a throttling device with adjustable orifice diameter.

1. Improved heating conditions: Branch lines and heating points using manual regulating valves can adjust flow according to design conditions to achieve optimal temperature operation. These valves offer better regulation than gate valves and globe valves, exhibiting near-linear regulation performance. Therefore, uneven heating in various buildings is significantly reduced.
2.  Energy savings: Temperature and pressure imbalances in the heating network can cause excessive flow in some branches, leading to overheating in some buildings and forcing residents to open windows, thus saving energy.
3. Improved hydraulic conditions: Manual regulating valves control flow according to the rated flow, reducing excessive flow in the network and improving the original deterioration of hydraulic conditions.

Stainless Steel Manual Regulating Valve

This manual regulating valve is suitable for regulating flow in steam or hot water pipelines with working pressure ≤1.6MPa and medium temperature ≤200℃ (and ≤2.5MPa and medium temperature ≤350℃). Turning the handwheel clockwise closes the valve. The valve stem then lowers the valve disc until the two conical sealing surfaces come into tight contact, effectively closing the pipeline.
