Cast Iron Flange Y-Type Filter

Y-type filters are an indispensable device in pipeline systems for conveying media. They are typically installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, level control valves, or other equipment to remove impurities from the media, protecting the valves and equipment from damage. These filters feature advanced structure, low resistance, and convenient drainage. Suitable media include water, oil, and gas. Filter screens can be customized to user requirements, with a basic Y-type shape. All internal components are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability. Cleaning is simple: just remove the detachable filter cartridge, remove the filtered impurities, and reinstall it. Maintenance and use are extremely convenient. These filters are small, have fine mesh, low resistance, high efficiency, easy installation and maintenance, low cost, and short drainage time—only 5-10 minutes for smaller models. Typical mesh sizes are 18-30 mesh/cm² for water, 40-100 mesh/cm² for air, and 100-300 mesh/cm² for oil.

Y-type filters feature advanced structure, low resistance, convenient flushing, rapid flow, low pressure loss, strong anti-fouling properties, and convenient slag discharge. Y-type telescopic filters consist of a Y-type filter and a telescopic joint. They are typically installed at the inlet end of valves and other major equipment to facilitate cleaning of debris and installation/disassembly, protecting valves or equipment and ensuring normal operation.
