Knife Gate Valve

PZ73H, PZ73F, and PZ73Y manual knife gate valves: manually actuated, wafer-type connection, rising stem, rigid single gate, seat sealing surface made of hard alloy and PTFE, nominal pressure PN10~16, valve body material is carbon steel (PZ73H-10C/16C) or stainless steel (PZ73F-10P/16P, PZ73Y-10P/16P), gate valve with slag discharge function.
They adopt a fully circular channel design, with PTFE and a sludge scraper installed at the upper end of the knife plate. A wear-resistant, folded cone made of polyurethane or Ni-containing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the knife gate valve. Multiple flushing ports can be set around the valve body. The bottom end of the knife plate is machined into a blade, with a high degree of smoothness, ensuring good sealing performance. It can be widely used in papermaking, pulp and paper industry, industrial wastewater and municipal sewage treatment, chemical plants, fly ash treatment, bulk material conveying, food and beverage industry and in harsh working environments.

Q1: What types of valves do you manufacture? 
A1: We produce gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, and other customized valves in materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel. 

Q2: Can you produce valves according to our drawings or samples?

A2: Yes. We provide OEM/ODM service. Send us your drawings or samples, and we will design and produce accordingly. 

Q3: What standards do your valves comply with? 
A3: Our valves are produced according to GB,ISO,BS,DIN standards, depend-ing on your market requirements. 

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 
A4: For standard valves, MOQ is usually 5-50 pieces. For trial orders, smaller quantities are acceptable. 

Q5: What are your payment terms? 
A5: Usually T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight or other meth-ods can be negotiated. 

Q6: Can I visit your factory before placing an order? 
A6: Of course. We welcome all clients to visit our factory. We can also arrange a video inspection if you cannot travel. 

Q7: How long is your delivery time? 
A7: Normally 15-25 days for standard products; 30-45 days for large or cus-tomized orders.
