Q11F-16-40P Stainless Steel Two-Piece Threaded Ball Valve

Threaded ball valves and butt-welded ball valves are suitable for various pipelines with PN1.0-4.0MPa and operating temperatures of -29-180℃ (with reinforced PTFE sealing ring) or -29-300℃ (with para-polystyrene sealing ring), used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Two-piece threaded ball valves, selected from different materials, are suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, and acetic acid.

Structural Features

Threaded ball valves and butt-welded ball valves are available in integral (one-piece), two-piece, and three-piece types. The valve body is cast using advanced technology imported from Taiwan, resulting in a rational structure and aesthetically pleasing design. The valve seat employs an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem uses a bottom-mounted structure with a reverse seal, preventing it from being ejected during abnormal pressure increases in the valve cavity. Two-piece and three-piece ball valves are also available with butt-welded (BW) and socket-welded (SW) connections, and all can be equipped with an international standard ISO support platform and locking device. A 90° on/off positioning mechanism can be installed, and locking can be added as needed to prevent accidental operation. Drive methods include manual, electric, and pneumatic.
