BYF dynamic balancing valves are used in water systems requiring flow control, and are particularly suitable for flow control of non-corrosive liquid media such as heating and air conditioning systems. A single adjustment before operation will automatically maintain the system flow at the required set value.

Working Principle Of Byf-10/16 Dynamic Balance Valve
The dynamic balancing valve consists of an automatic regulating valve and a manual regulating valve. The working pressure of the system fluid is P1, and the pressures before and after the manual regulating valve are P2 and P3, respectively. When the manual regulating valve is adjusted to a certain position, the "set flow rate" and the corresponding fixed value (P2-P3) are manually determined. When the system flow rate increases, the actual value of (P2-P3) exceeds the allowable set value. At this time, the automatic regulating valve automatically closes until the flow rate is maintained at the set flow rate again, and vice versa.
