Filters are indispensable products in fluid pipelines. They are typically installed at the inlet end of pressure relief valves, pressure reducing valves, level control valves, and other equipment to remove impurities from the medium and prevent blockages in other equipment. After the medium passes through the filter cartridge containing a filter screen of a specific size, impurities are blocked. When cleaning is required, simply remove the filter cartridge, clean off the debris, and reinstall it; disassembly and maintenance are simple and convenient. The internal structure of the filter mainly consists of a coarse filter screen, a fine filter screen, a suction pipe, a stainless steel brush or stainless steel suction nozzle, a sealing ring, an anti-corrosion coating, and a rotating shaft. The appropriate filter can be selected based on different operating conditions.

1).The GL41W stainless steel Y-type filter is suitable for steam, air, kerosene, water, and weakly corrosive gases and liquids. The standard grade stainless steel Y-type filter features an advanced structure, low resistance, easy flushing, rapid flow, low pressure loss, strong anti-fouling properties, and convenient slag discharge.

2).The stainless steel Y-type filter is used in conjunction with valves and other major equipment in pipelines, or it can be used independently. The medium in the pipeline first enters the filter, passes through the filter screen, and then enters the connecting valves and pipelines, while impurities are retained in the filter housing.

3).The stainless steel Y-type telescopic filter consists of a Y-type filter and a telescopic joint. It is typically installed at the inlet end of valves and other major equipment to facilitate cleaning and installation/disassembly, protecting valves or equipment and ensuring normal operation.

4).The stainless steel Y-type pipeline filter is a small device that removes solids from liquids, protecting compressors, pumps, and other equipment and instruments, ensuring stable process operation and safety. Furthermore, the stainless steel Y-type filter is also of great significance in improving product quality.
